Your Mom put up that wallpaper in the kitchen and I remember her cutting out individual leaves and pasteing them on where the lines of the wallpaper disrupted the design. I thought that was brilliant."
How cool we were there Jamie! And that is where the flowers were grown. And how clever of Mom! Always the artist. Wonderful to get the back story. Thanks Auntie Laima!

Jamie, those are my favourite roses! They're the ones I had at my wedding. They're called champagne. Do you think they were from Grandma's garden?!
Yes, I do. Isn't that magical!!!
Maybe Auntie Laima can confirm that :)
That's amazing, I had no idea! Now I feel like Grandma came to our wedding. OK, to find out, I wrote to Auntie Laima directly to ask. We'll see!

Oh, that's wonderful! Thank you! And thank you Auntie Laima!
I love hearing the story about the wallpaper too, especially because it had confused me. See, we had wallpaper like that too (Mom always loved ivy).
Love hearing the stories and that those are Grandma's roses! And that you had them at your wedding! That really does feel like she was there.
