Mom sang in this choir. Hearing the "Yes, I know" refrain in the background immediately brought me back to her wonderful concert, her smiling, her moving and and how she somehow managed to leave out that we, too, would be expected to sing!
That's beautiful Jamie, what a way to honour Mom's time in the choir which I know she loved so much. Funny, since I have come home, I have been singing which I don't usually do here. Mom reminded me how much I love to do that. I don't want to lose that.
I really wish I had been able to go to more of her concerts.
